LAI at EFI Partners Meeting

In June 2025, representatives from LAI participated in the EFI Partners Meeting, bringing together organizations from across the region to reflect on achievements and plan the next phase of the Economic Literacy Program.

For North Macedonia, this meeting marked a key milestone. With initiatives like the Economics Olympiad reaching over 3,500 students across 16 cities and all ethnic communities, and the successful launch of the Teacher Training Program (TTP), LAI’s role in promoting economic and financial literacy is becoming increasingly impactful.

Discussions during the meeting focused on sustainability, program expansion, and deeper local engagement. For LAI, this means continued efforts to secure support, expand partnerships, and ensure that young people and educators in North Macedonia are equipped with the knowledge and tools to understand and navigate the economy.

The future of economic literacy in the country is promising — and LAI remains fully committed to leading the way.
